Hi Peter can you project forward allowing for when each team plays so England play on the 2nd day so obiviously we will know which teams will be out and which teams are through so can we discount those prices into Englands price to see what their price might be after the first 2 games in the round of 16? Worse case England should be around 4.8 and best case if Italy and Germany get beaten you could cut their price to the low 4's.

Peter after having an account for years on the exchange they asked me to change my password. I did that and it locked me out. I contacted them on chat and they sorted it. I put in my new password and they banned me instantly for no reason saying I had breached their terms with no chance of getting my account back. I have done nothing wrong. Is that it and I will never be able to use them again?

Is anyone still actually trading? Ladder trading 4 or 5 years ago there were hundreds of us, enough for Betfair to put on a special event. Every forum, facebook group I know of is now dead.

The lottery is controlled by the government you say it isn’t but why is it that in California? There’s always winners sometimes there’s winners that never buy a lottery ticket. If you look in the background, someone has to work with the government and they pretend they just put the lottery ticket there, it’s definitely fixed

In my honest opinion I believe the inplay horse racing markets are rigged I believe the market maker knows your money coming with the 2 seconds bet delay I tried to back a horse at 20s a few days ago on America racing I clicked the wrong horse by the way bet not matched price crashes to 2.34 nothing matched at 20s I strongly believe some markets and prices are being manipulated by false money to hold the price its really sad to see the dirty tactics betfair are conducting in there own markets to screw over its own players

Does anyone know how to set a fixed liability for lay trades instead of setting profit?

I hope you've been enjoying the racing festivals :) About my question (and I know you said you planned a further video on the topic), I think you gave a great answer, especially for the majority of us on the lower end of the curve who are starting out with all-manual strategies. In my own personal case, I come from a betting background and for various reasons I've actually focused on a purely automated foray into trading. So my main reason for asking the question was actually about whether success with automation in particular is a taller order now that more traders are doing it. You remembering the first £100 profit made me smile. Milestones stick in the memory. My first greened profit of £1 (yes really) on a football match was Scotland v Hungary evening kick off. I knew I was on my way with this trading lark and sat back smugly knowing that all that was needed now was scaling and nothing could stop me. Five minutes into the match the floodlights failed and all bets were cancelled. My first 100 pounder was a testimonial match when the man himself got injured around the 80th minute and went off. The referee decided that there was no point in playing on without his nibs so blew the final whistle. Not a complete match. All bets cancelled !!! I always seem to stub my toe on the milestones. I got PTSD from my first horse race !!
